OPI Manicure/Pedicure Tropical Citrus Scrub* (reviewed here) - I discovered this product in March of this year, and I've been loving it ever since! I'm currently using the Cucumber scent, which is also great, but my favourite is Tropical Citrus.
OPI RapiDry Spray* (reviewed here) - I've been using this product for the entire year, and I just think it's amazing. This makes my manicures dry so much faster than any other product I've ever tried, there's nothing I would change about this product!
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze - I've put a serious dent in this cream eye shadow. When the Color Tattoo line was first released, I was beyond excited about all of the shades! Bad to the Bronze is my favourite from the line.
Origins A Perfect World Antioxidant Moisturizer with White Tea - I got this for free on Earth Day as a part of Origins recycling program (you can see my post on it here). When I run out of this product, I will definitely be purchasing another tub. This is thick, but not heavy, just a perfect balance. I've been applying this every morning, and I've been loving the results.
Garnier Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream - I used this every single day for about 5 months this year! During the Summer I would always reach for this product, as it's light, but still provides good coverage.
MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Foundation in #115* - This was my go-to foundation for the first half of 2012. I didn't wear foundation in 2011, and this was the product that got me back to wearing foundations, BB creams, tinted moisturizers, etc. I like how natural this foundation feels on my skin.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles in 10 Fair - My bottle of this looks pretty beat up, but the product inside is still great. I love how this brightens up and covers my under eye circles. And the sponge applicator makes it so easy to apply.
Dior Diorskin Shimmer Powder in Amber Diamond - This is a gorgeous highlighter, I definitely do not regret the splurge. Amber Diamond creates a beautiful glow to your cheekbones, and pairs perfectly with so many different blush shades.
NARS Lustre (reviewed here) - I mean, I really should just be including NARS blushes in general, since I love every single one that I own. But, Lustre has been especially well loved this year. Lustre pairs with almost any eye or lip look, as it looks natural on your cheeks.
NARS Cactus Flower Cream Blush (reviewed here) - I couldn't not mention this blush! Cactus Flower is a beautiful soft red cream blush that applies beautifully. I use my Sigma F80 brush (which is another favourite!) to apply this to my cheeks. I find that this is the perfect brush to apply cream blush, as it deposits the right amount of colour, without giving you clown cheeks.
Urban Decay Naked Palette - This palette has been shown so much love this year, I've completely used up Sin, and I've hit pan on Virgin, Naked, Half Baked, and Sidecar. I reach for this palette pretty much every day, and I do prefer it over the Naked 2 Palette.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer - This is hands down my all time favourite bronzer. I love Benefit's boxed powders, I've been using Hoola every day for about 9 months, and I just hit pan about a week ago! Hoola gives my face the perfect amount of colour, never looking orange or fake.
Lush Lemony Flutter (reviewed here) - This was one of my first reviews of 2012, and I'm still loving it in 2013! I especially love this in the dry, cold Winter months, as it hydrates my cuticles and hands. I am currently using my third pot of Lemony Flutter, and I will continue to repurchase.
Benefit Ultra Shines in Foxy Lady (reviewed here) - This is an absolutely beautiful gloss! Foxy Lady is a stunning coral shade with iridescent shimmer. The formula is hydrating, long-lasting, and not sticky. I'm really wanting to try out a few other shades from the Ultra Shines line.
YSL Glossy Stain #16 - I bought this not too long ago, but it's already a favourite! I love the formula of this Glossy Stain, it's very long-wearing, and has great pigmentation. #16 is a beautiful berry shade that's perfect for the Fall and Winter months.
Revlon Lip Butter in Crème Brulee (reviewed here) - I couldn't possibly do a 2012 favourites without mentioning at least one Lip Butter! This line completely impressed me, and I love all of the shades I own. Crème Brulee is a beautiful nude that compliments your lips, instead of making them look dull or dead. The formula is very hydrating, and is hydrating.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh EDT (reviewed here) - This was pretty much the only perfume I wore this past summer, and I went through about half of my 75ml bottle. This scent is very light and girly, and very flattering. I love the design of this bottle, it's so cute!
Caudalie Beauty Elixir - This product had so much hype surrounding it, that I just had to try it for myself. I have both the smaller 30ml bottle, and the larger 100ml bottle. I've been using this as a toner every morning and night after cleansing, and I just love it! I find this scent very relaxing, and I do think that the oils in this toner are benefiting my skin.
Soap & Glory Scrub 'Em and Leave 'Em (reviewed here) - Oh my goodness, this scrub is possibly the best smelling thing ever. I just love it! I used up my tub this month, but I will definitely be repurchasing this once I've used up the other scrubs in my stash. There's nothing I don't like about this scrub, it smells amazing, and gives the right amount of exfoliation without being too harsh or too gentle.
So those are the products I've been loving in 2012! I really cannot believe that it's a new year, and I'm really excited about 2013. I wonder what products I'll be raving about a year from now :) Leave me a comment below letting me know what your stand out products were. I hope you all have a wonderful day, and let 2013 be your best year yet! xo
