Sephora + Disney Jasmine Collection - A Whole New World Perfumed Oil Rollerball

Today I'm bringing you another item from the Sephora + Disney Jasmine Collection, A Whole New World Perfumed Oil Rollerball*. I have to admit that I'm really excited about this collection! I absolutely adored the Cinderella Collection, so I've been anxiously awaiting the next princess' collection for months now :)

The packaging of this perfume is just beautiful. The glass bottle is coloured with purple and gold, which I think is a really nice touch. I've never used an oil fragrance before, so I was excited to see how this formula compares to the traditional perfume formulas.

A Whole New World is a deep, warm fragrance, that I would associate with night time or Wintertime. This would be a great perfume to wear on a date, or on a night out. Personally, I think that this scent is a bit too heavy during the day, but I know that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to perfume!

Now, we all know that rollerballs don’t have the same staying power as a spray perfume. I was expecting this rollerball to have better longevity because of the oil formula. However, I really only get about 2 hours of wear from this perfume before I have to reapply. If reapplying doesn't bother you, then this isn't a big deal. Plus, since this is a rollerball, you can easily bring the bottle along with you in your purse or bag. 

This bottle contains 0.22oz for $23 CAD. I can see myself going through this bottle quite quickly, considering that I would need to reapply often. I'm wanting to try out the spray version of this perfume to see if the lasting power is any better!
